Tapachula, Chiapas; December 11, 2021.- At this Saturday night, the first 48 hours were completed since thousands of migrants of many nationalities remain lying along several kilometers in the bypass road of Tapachula, without any authority present in order to attend them.
For this reason, it is unknown if they will be moved in buses to other states in the country, as it has been done in recent weeks, or if they will have to stay and live on the southern border of Chiapas.
Thousands of foreigners expose their lives every second because countless vehicles and trucks pass at high speed near to them.
In that place, there is a large part of the exodus which is still waiting to be attended by the federal authorities. Although, preliminary reports indicate that the relocation program which had been implemented to depressurize the migration crisis in Tapachula, has been suspended.
The bypass of the city has become one of the highways in which migrants travel on in both lanes, and to make it worst, no one aware that another vehicular tragedy does not occur in Chiapas.
Days before, the National Guard was taking over control the traffic and providing security, but since Friday there has been an absence of authorities.
According to some of those foreigners, that road is a very dangerous area since they are sleeping on the edge of the ground.
Also, they pointed out that section is very dangerous; if a vehicle suffers a mechanical failure, it could have fatal consequences, and therefore it is necessary that the authorities of any kind get to work, such as those who charge in the Civil Protection area.
It is worth mentioning that along with this communication route, other thousands migrants decided to line up on the entrance boulevard of «Los Palacios» neighborhood, located on one side of the bypass, where they have not being attended either. EL ORBE /
